karate tournament

was in continuous fighting tournament today
i came second,YAY.
fuck it was hard work, like, no words on this thing could explain how physically fucked i was by the end of it each match, or each round for that matter, best fighting ive ever seen by all in my division.
once i find someone who recorded it, (video) ill chuck it up here for you guys and girls to watch.


please dont let this topic go into the stupid debate about "whether or not matial arts is good or bad" ect ect, i dont want to hear it, not in this thread anyway.

just thought id let u guys know of my victory as it was hard earned

um, im fair fit, but i could be better, i basically had an asthma attack, well i did, so thats more the reason.
but yes i could be a bit more "aerobic" fit.
